Their 'blog' section is merely re-posts of some site they have automatically programmed to pull posts from(I forgot what those are called) and their facebook/twitter icons are super small at the bottom of their page.

I spoke to a few lenders (Chase, Icon, Just Mortgage), and they all confirmed that.Looks like they are tighten the regulation on the title seasoning even with Frannie Mae now.Any thoughts out there?

In order to use a Lender or refinance your loan has to be "nonrecourse" loans.Some of the nonrecourse loan QuestIRA recommended to me was:North American Savings Bank, Icon Bank, Texas Republic Bank, and Blue Bridge.Good luck!

There is a small, red garbage can icon to the right of your keywords that will remove the alert.

A couple of places you can look....there is a KW FB referal groups...actually several...you can post a request there.After you find the agent you can send it thru Command under the Referrals tab...about the 3rd or 4th icon down the left side.That allows you to track it, send notes, etc.   

So if you click on your Home icon, on the top right, you can see your the activity of all those people.

The key word alert setup should be under the bell icon on the top right corner. 

If I'm in a forum and hit the post/comment icon I just get an ellipse of the "Select Forum" thing.
