If I was to take said advice back in the day when I would analyze 10-20 properties per month, that would be one hell of a high cost of due diligence not to mention manny of the homes I ended up making offers on would not have come to fruition as I would be highly dependent on a contractor taking that time and quoting it immediately so I could get the offer in.
