Yeah, I love web based ERP programmes and they are quite good but I have found most of them much likely being designed for big corporations not for mid-size business owners.. and I perefer something I always carry around with me which is deginitely not my lap top but my smart phone !..

They look like good starting points, but not sure if they’re the best points for mid-term rentals.

Hi All, A new investor here, hopefully about to get into my first deal.A motivated seller, is ready to flip their home but I see an opportunity for mid term rental.

It’s a condo for mid term rentals.

Look for areas that are in high demand for mid-term rentals, such as areas with a lot of hospitals, universities, or business centers.

We spent about $25,000 total for repairs and furnishing it for mid-term 30 day rentals.

I'm guessing there's strong demand for mid-term rentals like there is here in Colorado.

For mid-term stays that FF is used for I have never seen a group bigger than 3 bedrooms, typically big families/groups aren't gonna be the target audience of something like that. 

Now I'm evaluating other markets where there is strong opportunity for Mid Term rentals.
