Trying to facilitate bulk pools with several different AMCs will only lead to hairloss and a lot of wasted time IMO.This list would be good for agents with REO experience who need more listings, but don't think you are just going to start selling REOs for an Asset manager just because you have a name and a number.

We have our own trainer who trains m-f 9:30-3:30 then the rest of the day he is support for agents and then we have a marketing department who designs all of our flyers and such...if you have any other questions let me know

Greenhorizons, it looks like the experts have sum up your questionto piggyback on what they have said.. wholesaling is quicker and easier money, less effort.. its a good way to start out.. once you build a little cash doing that.. then yes rehabbing will bring more profit per house..but it will take longer to see the fruits of that labor.
