I think paying off a loan with a high interest rate debt and adding to the principal is one way to stay liquid within the property.

But when listing my rentals in DFW, I've been quoted flat rates by several R/E agents.

My wife and I end up paying a little over a $1000 per month to live in one of our favorite neighborhoods. 

I was so focused on the liquidity of it.
