Hey guys I'm from the rhode island/ New England area and was wondering does anyone know how you would go about finding graphs, charts and any type of data that can show marketing trends for real estate in my area..Thanks in advance guys and gals 

The tenants gas bill in the winter in New England is under 150 per month.

Definitely start going to REIA events (the New England REIA meeting was last night and was awesome).  

I mentor new investors in the New England area and hear "I wish I had met you before I spent all of my money" they get caught up in the smoke and mirrors and want answers so badly they buy in and come out more confused, frustrated than ever.

He is moving up to the New England area and is trying to get rid of his home.

Just getting started doing transactions in the New London area and looking for a closing attorney who is familiar with  contract assignments and back to back closings. Your help is very much appreciated.

Here in New England, much more is sold during the summer and early fall than in the winter - so looking back over the winter period is useless.

For undergrad I went to UC Berkeley and then did my Master's at the University of Cambridge in England (cheers mates).I am here to help.
