This was a learning experience that will fuel many success to come.On the podcast you mentioned you were going to take a few months off.

If you pay cash, you don't have a payment, but effectively you are giving up an income stream if the cash had been in a bond or ETF and earning you either interest or appreciation.

out of 100 HML maybe 5 do new builds.. and zero will do loans for someone with no experience so that is going to be the key if you have experience or not.. if not they then like to see an experienced GC on your team. 

Several of the contractors offer helical piers but don’t seem to think they’d be a more cost effective option - we can directly ask about this again.  

It also gave me the chance to experiment with short-term rentals before transitioning to a long-term hold, reinforcing my strategy for growing a real estate portfolio.
