The section 8 rental diagonally across the street is at it again, I brought the city down on them years ago but I moved to a new house after/converted my house to a rental and they went back to their old behaviors after that.

I’ve got a few Class A rentals and those tenants display their entitlement before they even get past the initial screening.

It sounds like a pattern of behavior, and the landlord/PM is abusing pet owners to cover their carpet costs.

Would you accept her if you are looking for a tenant (behavior wise) because it ends there if you wouldn't , she has to find someplace else.
