Before taking this on I’d verify with the historical society and building department what process you need to go through to renovate and if there are any requirements on what you’re allowed to do or not do. 

Do I need to physically go down to the courthouse and fill a form out through a certain department, and who do I ask for? 

Suitable investments don't last long, whether in the wholesale or retail market. 

So, I don't know how friendly or great those 'landlord friendly' states truly are in reaity when it comes to delays with courts, long lists of cases, sheriffs departments, covid restrictions, bad property managers, etc etc etc.

I dont know many retailers accepting bitcoin and the few that do, I wonder if the keep btc on the books or convert it to cash at the time of purchase.
