I have started looking for listings recently.I am a bit confused when people ask to "shop around" for a conventional loan.

I see a lot of new agents try to study on their own for a few weeks and they tend to just confuse themselves.2.

The listing agent has no obligation to present oral offers and if she does there are many elements that would not be addressed thus creating confusion and misunderstanding.

I know all the gray area about LLC and that if you transfer they probably won't call it due but my partner doesn't want to transfer without bank approval.Anyway I just am confused about how partnerships work with multiple people involved as far as who gets the loan, whos on the title, who holds the money etc.Thanks!

I think the majority of the confusion likely comes from the fact that most all of the builders that have inventory on our marketplace are offering unique incentives like extensive rate buy downs, free PM & maintenance guarantees, up to 10% price reductions or up to 10% cash back, etc.

@Rehaan Khan yes as said the term is "Seller Financing" however I sugest you do not use that term as it might confuse the seller.
