I always recommend replacing with neutral colors rather than giving a credit.

The house currently has tile throughout, however, the br are different color tile than the hall, and the 1 bath has a different color tile than the br.  

This may not be obscure knowledge, but it blew my mind when a kitchen retailer gave me this tip yesterday: When rehabbing a kitchen, don't replace the cabinet boxes unless they are in bad shape (or you're using a natural wood finish that you won't be able to color match).

It's very easy and quick to install,  it comes in every Style  and color imaginable,  and it's very affordable... all on top of being  very durable  especially for rentals

Paint the doors a bright contrasting color.

Hi @Jose Castillo,As long as you're getting your message out to them, and you're consistently mailing, the color of the ink probably doesn't have as big of an impact as you might think.I started with yellow until I ran out and went to white paper with purple ink until my wife told me (I'm color-blind).

Moving the rear door over would have helped tremendously but it's not an option with the budget as the exterior has a very dated stucco style and we wouldn't be able to match color/texture and keep it in budget.So I'm looking for ways to define the open space directly opposite the kitchen.

I enjoy every detail of fixing and flipping very much, from rethinking the layout to choosing the color scheme. 

Without consulting us, she removed the up/down shades we put up because they were the wrong color!
