NOw this ghost ad crap... that one is really bad... put an add in when you really have nothing to sell and basically lie to people to get them to respond.any way  just not my cup of tea.... and how anyone can think this is ethical business practice I think needs to do a double check.. how would you like it if someone is doing this to your mother !

@Jonathan Tea There are countless posts on BP about out of state investing.

I found out that I could take the broker teas without doing anything else.  

Cal house (no tax and much lower transaction cost, but higher risk and mortgage payments) and invest the money ... not my cup of tea personally, but it could work in your favor if you are sensible and careful about it and know what you are doing.

Call it tea leaves or whatever.

You need to bring microlife to the soil to have it hold more moisture and to deal with the current soil condition.Get red wrigglers, about 4 pounds, as well as about 20 gallons of worm tea.Prewater the entire yard to a damp, moist condition, and add the worms and then the worm tea after it starts drying, but while the soil is still damp.This will carry the microlife as well as the moisture deep into the soil and preaerate your soil.After this, THEN plant your sod.

Also, just as a side note if that's not your cup of tea I am a believer that crowdfunding will be an amazing tool that will allow smaller investors participate in some major projects that are usually limited to accredited investors.
