I think the moderators should step ina and ban him as I see he has done this on many prior posts in the Wholesale forum. 

Better to regulate, then risk having the market as a whole banned as has happened in many cities.

Certain uses that are now banned.

Many cities in my area have banned them.  

The National Association of Realtors Board recently voted to ban pocket listings by 5/1/2020 or sooner(timing depends on local boards/MLS).
