I personally believe that a better way to jump into mid term rentals is to take a course on buidling a property management company or cohosting business where you bring your skillset to the table without the intial investment into all the furniture and leases.

@Khaled Seirafi what business would make the mistake of providing BAD references?

I have recently been made aware that I get straight to business without really concerning myself for the sellers side of the story and when you have the sellers problems, goals, etc.

We made a lot of mistakes like working in the wrong order and doing work just to keep my employees busy.

I wanted to ask the lenders who are doing business across all 50 states, what challenges have you encountered with lending in new construction when it comes to manufactured homes?

Heck even culinarily the restaurants that are popping up are impressive (which I take as a great sign of the people and businesses that it's attracting). 

Our business model is built around working with investors to find them great returns and I would enjoy a conversation around what you are trying to do.

My business partner and I just opened up our property managment company in the Chicago/Chicagoland area and it is not easy to do this the "right way".Honestly you can get yourself into some serious trouble if something happened with a tenant, an injury, anything and they sue and find out you don't have a license.
