But we need not bother once they factor that as numbers into our calculations.  

I don't even bother getting interior brush and roll painting bids anymore.

Personally, I don't ever want to bother with individual notes (due to both the hassle and increased risk) and prefer the convenience and diversification of a fund of many notes.

Don't bother making their places nice because of the demand for rentals.
