I'm doing my research but getting bombarded with so much info, I'm scared to jump in and regret what I paid for.

Is there a method to posting on market place, I've seen fb penalize my ads when I renew them and the boosting does not go as far as it did the first week, so I delete, repost and boost weekly.Maybe I am worrying about trivial things but I don't like advertising for 3-4 weeks then the last week of the month I get bombarded by less quality interest only to get one applicant that I'm desperate to lease to so I don't have a vacancy.

As a hard money lender, I am continuously bombarded with inexperienced real estate investors with no understanding of real estate investing, no chance of ever doing a deal, no investment capital, and no desire to accept any information that contradicts what they learned at their recently attended seminar ("he warned me you'd say that!").

I think new investors have no idea of the reality of what it really takes to be successful in this industry as they are bombarded with "microwave" success stories and to some extent they need to take responsibility for it on their end.

I suppose the limited contact uploads would affect your outgoing texts assuming you aren't bombarding the same people over and over.

Also I shouldn't have to click away or be bombarded with promotions for "Latchel," (a maintenance coordination service they are trying to monetize), EVERY TIME, I go to log or use the maintenance section of the web site that I already pay for.There's more.

Precovid I would generally see on average 10 -15 inquiries, now I'm being bombarded which makes it a little difficult to get to all the inquiries.
