I have been able to buy 13 locations like this in the US and 3 in Asia and Africa.

I am just gonna work for 5 yrs in Asia and come back to the USA with 60-80k and let the dice roll on rehabbing. .

The value is still proportionally the same because all other prices have gone up too (think 80 Billion dollar loaf of bread), but now our trips to Europe, Asia, South America, and even Africa have gotten a lot more expensive. 

I have a VPN now, but I'm still having trouble logging on and coordinating a time to call and speak to someone (it is midnight my time in East Asia).

Is this new phenomenon taking place also in the US and Asia?

Great--3/4 bathroom, helps to have two bathrooms, esp. since we rented the extra rooms too and had roommates some of the time, when I was away teaching in Asia mostly.

I doubt I can take delivery in Asia but that would be sweet.

I would get that storage unit, leave your car with a trustworthy friend (or sell it) and then go to SE Asia, Latin America or Eastern Europe where you can stretch your money.
