I say you have a major uphill battle with a HML.

We began work on homes on Second Street, Clark, Battle Row and many streets I would learn really, really well riding around monitoring “progress.”

The property is in Battle Creek, Calhoun County MI.

The problem with zestimates and trying to comp anything virtually is that there will be major differences with properties that you can only determine by seeing, smelling, experiencing in real life.

And until that is solved, I will be using my extremely limited powers to battle that human behavior.
