It’s probably not fair you drive a shiny new suv while the poor tenant is taking public transportation, it isn’t fair that you have new designer clothes while your tenant is wearing old Walmart clothing .

yes... that's true... but more babies are being born!

Where the woman talks about how everything going to be perfect on that day and the guy nods along with a sly little smile and you know he's just waiting until something better than his baby mama comes along to ditch her, pilfer the savings, and run away from child support as fast as he can.

I hate calling the police, but I think in this case it was the right move.Anyway, both were guys with criminal records not on the lease trying to live with their "baby-mamas." 

Trying to hold this thing as your own baby and protecting it won't get you to where you need to go.

Now to the important stuff.Congratulations on the new babies. 

When I showed the unit I was under a sink or crawl or mowing or weeding or painting and was wearing the clothes to match.

Both are investments if they are purchased right, and if you know the number you want and how to get there, then taking baby steps to achieve that is what matters the most.
