Fixed income U.S. treasury bonds are not  attractive at all if you're being paid back with dramatically debased dollars with lower purchasing power.

It appears they are hoping to attract people that can find deals but don't know how to raise money.

Its proximity to major attractions, businesses, and vibrant city life ensured strong demand from both tourists and professionals.

I think identifying these markets that have a history of vacation rentals (so STR regulations are not worried about), near State or Regional Attractions (alot of national attractions may be priced out but not all), while also being affordable for the average STR investor.

These updates include modernizing the interiors and improving the overall appeal of the building to attract tenants.

Overall I would say it is a great area to live in, because of jobs, cost of living, laws in place (this one more for the landlords), attractions, colleges, etc.

Known for attracting retirees, snowbirds, and international buyers, Florida’s real estate market sees consistent demand regardless of the season.

It all seems pretty feasible and attractive, but curious if there are many lenders or investors actively taking advantage of the program.   

The property location, the condition, and the type of students that the property attracts would all go into that.
