We will be meeting in person, and the hotel has capped us at 120 attendees.

However, with a manageable size of attendees weekly, we can be up close and personal with everyone who wants to chat with us personally, (which is the way I like it!!).

We usually get a good mix of attendees with mostly first timers trying to learn about investing, active real estate agents, lenders, and investors already in the mix.

If not, they can get a few references from other attendees or find a book or podcast on the topic.
