@Jeff Howard You'll also want to ensure you have thorough knowledge of each market you invest in to avoid being duped (ie, buying a property in a bad area, knowing how much rents are in each neighborhood, knowing the good & bad traits of each neighborhood, etc) so I would strongly recommend becoming an expert in each market one by one rather than spreading yourself too thin.
