The Vistas in Laurel Maryland

Recently looked at a few condos located in The Vistas in Laurel MD. I am wondering if anyone else has any experience investing at The Vistas. If so, just looking for any lessons learned or feedback you may have. Thanks.

I know the Vistas. I think they are non warrantable. I actually kind of like them, but there is a lot of deferred exterior maintenance. That combined with the nonwarrantable aspect makes me think they are having financial difficulties. That wouldn't nessecarily scare me off of them, but I think they have a higher likelihood of a special assessment due to those factors.
