@Sam Yin first of all, I have visited Cambodia and was blown away by it and it’s people as I traveled from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh.

And the vision of surprising my parents with a yoga retreat or an overseas venture definitely keeps me going!

I understand the general yin-yang that when demand for bonds increases, it pushes down yields and brings rates down with it, but I am hungry for a deeper understanding—a view behind the curtain of how the whole system works.
