If you really want to get rich quick why not go to the casino?

The Raider stadium (which I don't think will have as big an impact as they want) and the new casinos both won't be open for ~2 years or so. 

I have even been applying for assistant property manager positions since I had reassigned from a security officer role at my local casino.

It is a casino area that was hit hard by the not so recent closing of the casinos.

Recently there have been a few small automotive operations on the West side adding a few jobs, FireKeepers casino has become a larger employer as well. 

Two story but downstairs is occupied by a commercial bakery for Casinos.

But with the casino that was approved a few days ago and us having the dispensers coming I see things our going to change.On another note.In your opinion would it be good to purchase a house for $12,000 with $7,000 in rehab  time frame a month or two with an ARV of $35,000.I went to an investment meeting last night and talked to realtor.

WM Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson Auto Show, horse shows, Giants spring training (SF $$$ coming to town), Dbacks/Rockies spring training, world class casinos, and more golf courses than you could  play in a month.
