You will need a license heating & air conditioning contractor to install unit.If your are providing the heat at your expense, there are certain minimum temperature requirements by law.

Definitely worth checking out, but make sure you shop really hard for competitive pricing because most of the solar people out there are worse than used car salesman (I would know, I worked in the car business for nearly 10 years lol).Usually when a condenser freezes up, it is due to lower outdoor temperature, not higher temperature.

In our area a heat pump will have a COP of 2-4 depending on the temperature, which means it will use 1/2 or 1/4 the amount of electricity than an electric furnace will use.

The heat is getting worse year after year because of global warming and the “ heat island effect”, where more concrete and roads that hold heat mean the temperature stays hotter at night.

(two knobs... one to choose oven or broiler and the other to set temperature) I was charged $50 for the service visit and I sent it to the property manager to have the tenant pay.The next day the tenant calls and says the oven burned the top of their food and obviously the oven does not work correctly.
