Hi Kristine, yes the high interest rate is what I don't like at all about this. and the fact that is not at locked rate, but as you said in this case it supposed to come down anyways. thanks

They are building a "satellite" campus in southwest Fort Worth that's supposed to be larger than their main campus. 

They were supposed to pay the rent jointly, as stated in the lease agreement.

I recently had an applicant who supposedly had their identity stolen.

Review the lease for who is supposed to live in the unit. 

Stolen AC unit, repairs with Class C so I'm -$300 to -$500 a month, with -$700 most recently on what was supposed to cash flow positive. 

That number seems high if those are financed properties; but possible if they are paid off I suppose.  

Having to go back and forth to the property 5 or 6 times for things that could have been handled at the same time is rather annoying and that's not counting the fact the realtors have other appointments to get too or could have worked on other deals while the lender did what they were normally supposed to do etc.In my case I had an ideal deal that fit even their own requirement's, hence why I wanted to go with it.

The PMC is aware of my intention to sell, so there's a possibility they may become less inclined to provide assistance since it doesn't benefit them in any way.The PMC was supposed to link me with one of their eviction attorneys, but after our conversation two days ago, I haven’t heard anything from him.

depends on the market. in hot markets if you dont Proof up with your initial offer your not getting into contract in the first place.I suppose this thought process works with unsophisticated un represented sellers.
