I think the solution is to give them some relief now since that's their immediate concern and then negotiate how they can repay some or all of that rent over time once they're back in business.Thanks, everyone.w

On property tax's those are the things that I have never seen any relief on other than when there are abatements for areas that cities want to revitalize etc..

Urge them to work for relief from mortgages, property taxes, insurance, and other costs if income stops coming in.Many property owners have been paying property taxes for a long time with little in return.

Many were hopeful IRS would have made an announcement regarding filing due date relief, but it's understandable the Coronavirus is testing emergency plans of every business, including IRS.Generally, no taxes were due yesterday since income/losses from partnership and s-corp returns passthrough to individuals.
