Did you end up going with a coach / mastermind to bridge gaps?

I have also gotten some mentors off of BiggerPockets that I connect with over the phone or through zoom mastermind meetings.  

You are buying a bed and events venue that will sink or swim based on your ability to self develop local marketing for : weddings, corporate dept getaways, mastermind meetings, anniversaries, birthday parties, religious getaways, sports recruiting events, sales conferences, corporate team building, family reunions, off site tailgate parties,etc.

What sold me was the calculators + the treasure trove of back material + potential for mastermind access.

After master minding it for months I really just wanted to get started.

I'd suggest (when this pandemic ends) to get in touch with the local master mind groups and go to the meetups.
