I'll be living in the area next summer once I transition out of the Marine Corps.

Also, the deductibles I experienced were in the $5,000 range so a separate tool policy or inland marine endorsement may be appropriate if you supply some tools/materials but not enough to warrant filing a claim given the deductible.

As both of you know, there is a huge time commitment that the Marine Corps requires.  

I already started the loan process with Marine Bank in Bloomington, IL because they have actual investment loans which only require 20% down as opposed to 25-30% everywhere else that I've looked.
