I would have been loyal to her but the manner in which she pushed the agreement on me, I ultimately walked away.Today I only work with one agent and it is loyalty without a written agreement.

@Chris Seveney it doesn't mean you can't afford it, usually people with bad credit seek rent to own but cutting out the bank saves money and hassle just like cutting out a realtor (all the hate, I have no patience for the majority) I wrote 2 sales agreements today for unrepresented buyers on behalf of my seller – I have no loyalties to them they're customers not clients but it saves my seller money and I'll help them as needed, when the buyers renovate and get ready to resell they can be clients then.
