If no then they need interior access to each other and having a second kitchen may be an issue. 3.

I have plans to upgrade the interior as I’ve heard about the “live and flip” concept from a bigger pockets podcast episode about getting started in real estate.

Personally hammered every shingle on that new roof and painted the interior.

Once did a mold test on a house near a swamp and the interior air had LESS mold spores than the exterior!

The worst one needed a new roof, a new AC, new exterior paint, interior paint, new appliances, etc.  

Eventually I would like to specialize in exterior/interior painting, or framing. 

That looks mostly cosmetic from the photos, but I thought I saw an interior air unit so the HVAC could be shot, basement flooring is just concrete.

we have been the lowest priced lot in the neighborhood for some time. we are currently the lowest priced by over 5k...and regardless of "opinion," it is the "best" lot by desirable factors: highest, cleared, relatively flat, good drainage, interior location...

Luckily, my home insurance policy covered the cleanup and rebuild of the affected parts of the  interior of the house.
