Hi @Jade Ricker - Sure thing. 

As my support rep, Jade, explained we have significantly changed the offer for Master Lease Option Method.

It's a typical response from jaded folks.

I guess I am simply jaded.

With 5 years experience in landlording at various levels I have become jaded and never assume that anyone will be a good tenant.

I know he had a big heart and was perhaps happy not to be bothered by tennant issues, but the fact that they were paying at least 1000 dollars below value and most likely subletting has me jaded. 

Anytime I've had a person who didn't want to answer the questions at all almost always never show up since they are more then likely "professional tenants and are looking for a landlord who isn't on top of their game" my take can be jaded since that tends to be the case with the area i'm in.
