If you can't get a good idea on what's happened, it's worth the money to hire a leak detection company to hunt the source down for you. 

just selling the old systemmost counties really frown on this and make it super difficult to do.. plus you basically need to be a private detective and have Accurint data base ( lexux Nexus)  to have any assemblence of hope to get any of these deals done.

I've even reached out to a private detective to see if they might track him down.  

Cops really didn't want to get involved but our contractor got all detective and finally got the guy arrested.  

If you can automatically detect the location of the user (via IP address, or profile location), you should be able to automatically detect which local forums he/she might be interested in.3.

Obviously, I don't know the answer but this is where you put your "detective-clue-finding" hat on. 

I also have 5-10 minutes of conversation where I try to detect criminal tendencies.
