We try really hard to use a just in time delivery system, so materials sit for as short of a time as possible.

It was kind of obvious when the production/delivery numbers were released recently because the announcement was from Austin but glad to have official confirmation.

They will try to serve in person, but they can also post on the door and sign an affidavit of delivery.

I'd never buy a pre-construction condo and speculate that I can sell it on delivery at a profit in any market.
