(B) That everyone currently doing STR in the market loves it, enjoys what there doing, is having a great time, has the free time to do it, is loving life and not stressed out, time crunched, anxiety ridden and generally stress wracked. 

Although I enjoy the benefits of working for a company I am beginning to get tired of the corporate grind. 

That probably doesn't narrow it down very much, but my clients, homeowners and investors, enjoy living in Cincinnati and Northern Ky.

I really enjoy that way but they're also available in paperback or kindle.

I just don't see why you'd want to do that at all.I would leave everything as it is and enjoy it. 

@Dave Kush You can send them a certified letter that it is no longer a smoking building and you would have to use an existing term like quiet enjoyment or not disturbing others to enforce. 

It was a wild ride for him, especially in the first year, but seeing guests enjoy the space made it all worthwhile.Given your engineering background and rehab experience, you're well-equipped to handle the complexities.
