Borrowers will want to check with their mortgage broker or banker on any limitations to ensure the note cannot be called if transferred to a corporation. 

I have tried a couple times to get ahold of someone to do this, but I haven't been able to get much traction--I will admit, I quickly get distracted with other things and forget to follow up.Is the right way to go about this just pure persistence, or have others had success buying from large corporations like railroads?

IE a corp or LLC etc..

My wife and I were working full time corporate jobs where she made 6 figures, and me a bit less.  

It is a DE corporation and ownership of the strips will be held in an LLC.

I would like to rent it out to traveling nurses or corporate rentals since there is a very large Navy Base there and also 2 hospitals.

I have experience as an SFR investor (rentals), as a realtor as well as corporate experience in mortgage lending and servicing practices from a large bank - all of which I will leverage to grow my MLO career.

Most sports teams are owned by syndication groups, most corporate debt is syndicated between multiple lenders, etc.

They are set up to serve government and corporate structures to create obedient worker bees who die more or less just when they are eligible to get something back.
