I have a problem with forgiveness of the Premium tax credit. This is how it "works" now:when applying for Obamacare / Marketplace insurance, you lie that your income is very lowthe formula decides you can't afford it and issues you a creditwhen you file your taxes, you disclose that your income was in fact much higher, and you did NOT qualify for the creditin the past, you would have to pay back this undeserved creditnow, you get to keep itSounds great until you realize the end result: someone dishonest got their insurance for free or at a deep discount while their honest neighbor (in an identical financial situation) paid the full price for hers.Don't get me started on student loan "forgiveness" - or I will be banned :)
