I understand there might be many opinions on this and many reasons why each person can argue their case depending on what each person's goals are, so I'm definitely open to hearing anyone's thoughts on what they might do.

Let others argue over small things, but not you.

It would seem that in a lawsuit, a good attorney could argue that if the loan is in your name, but the property is in the LLC, there is no legal separation between you or the LLC and therefore the LLC could be disregarded.

Some may argue we should just sit on the sidelines for a bit or change our underwriting, but we are not doing either.
