Only once, but I have seen it 200 foot wide after about 2 months of rain and then we got 5 inches of rain in an hour.There is very little "valley" here.

Give an inch and they may take a mile. 

Worked on it with my parents over a 6 month period working everyday remodeled every inch of it.

If they don't keep it below 8 inches, your lease should state that you will hire it mowed and send them a bill.

From what i see they redid the house and it flooded about 17 inches on the house. 

Make sure you clean every square inch of the property really well and take photos when you are done. 

The depth of the filter housing does seem to be about 4 inches so I could see why they would have 2 2-inch filter put in there, but is that the most ideal way, or should I go shopping for some 4 inch filters (if they even make them)?
