I'm in St.Petersburg, FL  until deals are closed, then I'll be headed to Missouri where I have homeowners waiting for my arrival.

Thats about the best advise i can give you about the O.C. area..you seem to be headed in the right directions in sending letters. but i dont know how many times i was actually standing on a 90 day down homeowner's door step, and see all those letter stacking up on their door. you might want to bring in someone to do your door knockings if at all possible..if you dont have to time...believe me..you will have the advantage over the next investor hands down...!

I've heard jobs will be headed that way . . . someday, and that eventually whole new cities will be created but I just don't know if I should pull the trigger on this one.Any advice would be appreciated!

But when they do decide to settle down they will be heading to nice quiet suburbs with good schools and ammenities. 

I am a new mom who now sees the path that her daughter could be heading down; broke, living paycheck to paycheck and breaking your back to fill someone else's pockets.
