Thats upsetting to my imagination, I was looking through the  "tiny home" permit process and they are only applicable in addition to an already existing home.

I had the same conversation with a different company, and they recommended the same testing.At this point, I'm upset at the seller because he's not paying for the phase I that was agreed upon in the contract. 

I'm upset this was never discussed up until this point because I would have never agreed to either option he's providing.

So I was real upset and make matters worse he took like 6 days to send the estimate from the UPS STORE!
