It's definitely out of control in Austin due to our insane city council that is addicted to raising property taxes to the max to pay for their various scams

Keeping my powder dry for next year.The bottom line; He bought the property and then sold it to Jordan Redding in 2017 via a Warranty Deed with Vendor’s lien… which basically means he sold it without paying off anything (Texas law is very clear about the effect and implication of warranty deeds) for $174,900‘the “underlying debt conveying herein… filed for record 2016-54631 Deed of Trust…” which is a deed for $171,830 FHA loan to the homeowner.Then… Jordan Redding gets a (wraparound financing) Deed of Trust, which strangely also acts as a warranty deed, and appears to give back the property to Jordan Redding.Anyone scammed by this guy?

Oh well, "credit repair" like anything can be a scam.

There is a huge scam related to the company. 

Forget web-based sellers of lender lists, most/all of which are scams, and multi-state far away lenders, who likely have no understanding of you or your area and might not be sympathetic to any problems you might have after you’ve borrowed the money.6) Do understand licensing and usury requirements in the state the property is located, at a minimum.

They're not someone that we're familiar with, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're scamming you.
