Is there any mentors out there in the El Paso, TX area?

I am seeking someone familiar with this market to chat with mentor if u will, or possibly work a deal together.

I realize now that the guru model is to craftily feed us skimpy knowledge which sets you up for ongoing "Mentoring" - a source for an income stream that keeps you asking questions, and puts $$ in their pockets.

Evidently the times have changed, and it is just as well since it is not needed anyway.To add to the above question, wouldn't it be more appealing to a perspective partner or mentor if I had a business name attached to me?

He agreed to mentor me and walk me through the entire process. 

I spoke with my mentor here in LA and she kind of had the same opinion.

I am looking to get into the RE wholesaling side of the industry and would like to meet a mentor to open their knowledge and experience resources to me.

Provided that the HOA cleared the redemption period, they do own the property subject to all senior liens and have the right to sell it.Usually an HOA lien is going to be the most junior, so that means they get title to a property that may very well be underwater.
