If that does not help, I would wait another month and order the credit reports again, because sometimes it takes longer for the inquiry/late payment/missed payment/collection to show up.  

I posted one of my REO properties on CL, got a HUGE responce , 5-10 inquiries within a week.

The main reason is that we will be purchasing a house soon and I do not want a lot of inquiries against my personal credit report prior to getting our mortgage.We have had success in applying for smaller lines of credit (credit cards) with local banks.

If someone messages you on Zillow just requesting a showing, email them back something like this: "Thank you for your inquiry and interest in this home.

To find out if someone is living there ask a friend to knock on the door making inquiries and have him pump them for info.I am not advising you on what to do simply providing options. 

My other properties have rented in about one week with numerous inquiries and several applications.

List it there and within 2 days you will have more inquiries than you know what to do with.  

I have an inquiry of someone who would like to stay for 6 months which is great but I want to make sure that I perform my due diligence and make sure the person is a quality tenant.

My leaseholder didn't want to get me involved either but Jess sent me an email trying to find a resolution which started my inquiries.
