It has been working wonderful for me even off season hasn't been bad so far (fingers crossed)  Airbnb gets some negative press with the hotel industry feeling the pinch but I feel it has given it free advertising and more people are aware of it now.

The "bathroom bill" that got a lot of press but went nowhere in the Texas legislature will not help.On the other hand, in Texas the incentives will be in the Billions of dollars.

After a long period of making offers on properties in the LA City and Surrounding area I figured that my only chance of getting my Inventory is at the LA County Auction at Pomona.I am happy with all the lots I have I have been told I need to wait a year as the sale could be rescinded but I want to press on to the next stage.

I'd be hard pressed to answer that question for Illinois real estate, but I have a sense for what plays out in the Bay Area and SoCal.It'll be variations of stuff like that, but local to where you are buying real estate.

The better tactic is to ask for some closing costs back, although you'd be hard pressed to reach $7000 that way, you could make the deal a little more attractive.That said, she has no business changing an offer without asking the clients.

I guess that makes sense if these properties are usually foreclosed upon - it seems like you would be hard pressed to get foreclosed on in Denver these days since prices have gone up so much lately.
