So I expect the MF market is still in a state of low supply, and the properties definitely struck me as overvalued when I ran the numbers.I will probably continue to invest in Manch since I live here and will be doing most of my own property management, but if you're just looking for the best ROI I don't think Manch offers it.

My last reservation was my first one that had issues and I know it will come up again with snow and ice this winter.

Fountain Square now has a brewery, ice cream shop, multiple music venues, art museum, the cultural trail, etc, etc...

AMIG would provide a vacant policy, but it would not cover any vandalism or break-ins, so if it was struck by lightning, I'd be covered, but if someone broke in and trashed the place or burned it down, I'm not covered at all.  

He sure made it easy to break the ice with on calling back a seller though.
