I had a baby girl born in 2008 as well so with the new baby and the drying up of the business, I lost everything.

The second is a 4BR that we currently rent out but we hope to one day use as our long term home.My wife and I recently had the joy of welcoming our first child (a girl) into the world.

They found a young couple with a little girl... and for the next 4 years, not a peep!!! 

I dont show alot of income, no assets, but good credit, some cash saved up and my girl has a good job but new car and new house.

I read the accusation and it basically found them to be in violation based on audit findings of $35,000 of funds in trust unaccounted for.

Seeing all of your guidelines for the type of person you want renting speaking to a property manager will probably be the best way for you to navigate this so that you aren't accused of being discriminatory.
