Help With Funding My First Deal
Hey BP,
This is my official first post on the forums. I have run into a bit of a great problem on getting our first rental property in Fresno, CA. I have run into a deal that seems to meet the 1 percent rule, annual ROI of 12% and a deal that I can actually get done with the seller. However, Im stuck on finding funding. I dont show alot of income, no assets, but good credit, some cash saved up and my girl has a good job but new car and new house. I also suggested going through the lender who currently holds the note. Does anyone in Fresno, CA know of a portfolio lender? Should we just go with the conventional/ FHA router can anyone help with some tips. Thanks in advance.
