Lender in the home to pre-qualify people on the spot for 6 hours-- calling in a couple favors owed.Please don't tell me that all it takes to sell a home is putting it on the MLS and sitting backBy the way, no I don't get paid a dime until this home sells.

What you are saying is I have limited income history (which is a concern), I couldn't qualify to buy my own house conventionally, I had to borrow money from family, I don't have experience in real estate, yet I want to be risky on my family member's dime.
