There are so many unreliable people out there who really only want to work when they are down to their last dime.

What you are saying is I have limited income history (which is a concern), I couldn't qualify to buy my own house conventionally, I had to borrow money from family, I don't have experience in real estate, yet I want to be risky on my family member's dime.

Unfortunately, the Housing office will NOT evict for you, or, at least in my experience, reimburse you for one dime of unpaid rent.There is also the reality of the HAP annual inspections.

However, looks like you have a good deal; don't trip over a dime to get the nickel. 

The difficult cash buyer that is just impossible to work with, that makes each transaction a nickel and dime fest of pain and misery? 

I have not made a dime in profits in 18 months, but I'm happy at least the mortgage and taxes are being paid down.

I personally dislike realtors, I feel most are arrogant and I would not pay them a dime.

I fund 100% for the right vendor.. so I am another one.. but I don't charge a dime  up front..

It's just sort of nickel and dime-ing your tenant to me.
